How Shipping Works

• Available delivery options and estimated timelines are shown at checkout after you enter your delivery address.

• Orders are processed and dispatched on working days, Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.

• Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via WhatsApp or email.

• Delivery timelines begin from the date your order is dispatched.

Tracking Your Order

Once your parcel is handed over to our delivery partner, a tracking link will be shared with you.

Please allow some time for the tracking information to update after dispatch.

If you have not received a tracking update within 2 business days of dispatch, please contact our support team via WhatsApp or email.

Delivery Issues

Parcel Marked as Delivered but Not Received

If your tracking status shows “Delivered” but you have not received the parcel, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date shown in the tracking information.

After this period, we may be unable to raise a claim with the courier partner.

Please keep your order details and tracking information available when contacting us so we can assist you as quickly as possible.
